Users are the people who log into the Hub. They design workflows, monitor executions, and manage processes. Runners are the machines that execute your automations. You might have 5 people building workflows but only 1 runner executing them.
Can I add more runners to my plan?
Yes. On the Business plan, you can purchase additional runners beyond the 10 included. Contact our sales team for pricing on additional runners.
What happens after the free trial ends?
The free trial gives you 1 user and 1 runner with full access for 30 days. After that, your runner will stop executing. No data is lost. Simply purchase a plan to reactivate. No credit card is required to start.
